That looks like Vash the stampede. I like the coat, but the hair is HUUGE! pretty good overall, and his hairis his own (your own) business.

That's good! The only problem I can see is that his head looks like it's too far back on his neck. Oh, and the pose isn't very dynamic he's just standing there with his hands at his sides. yeah i thought the same about his kneck when i first drew it a fixed it abit but obviosly not enough
