The Efinian Effect or Efinian Effects are the two working titles for the new RPG I'm going to try to make with a friend. I had the Idea that an Efinian was a myth. From town to town, the stories about this (probably extinct) race would vary. The only estimation about the race that would stay the same is that they have magical powers. People would claim to have seen them and all over the world, there would be a debate on whether they existed. The majority perhaps leaning towards no. Finding out the truth behind the Efinians would be a side to the main character's quest.

It's an interesting idea, but you have almost no details. Who are the characters? Why are the Efinians important? What kinds of rumours are there about them? Etc. Etc.
