I may participate, should I have a game idea by April 1st... I'll post later this month to clarify.

Regarding the prize, why bother? I make games for the fun of making games, not to win prizes. I still haven't cliamed my prize for the Magnus Sequel Marathon, and never intend to. Why not make games for the satisfaction of a job well done, or is that not enough?
Just thought I'd throw in (quite unlooked-for) my perspectivce on that...

2 questions

Can it be a 2d fighter and if so does anyone(s) want to submit graphixs for the game it will basically be like vetrpg meets street fighter.... It could be 1 or 2 players... if its ok i will post more info about graphix submissions later (size shape ext)

the 2d fight engine is something i have had on the back burner since plot scripting was impimented...

The Lone Chimaera: No, you're game doesn't have to be finished, it needs to have gameplay, though.

Bob360: You can only work with one other person, so if you recieve help from more than one different person, you'll be disqualified. And yes, it can be a 2d fighter. If you can pull it off in the OHR, you can do it in the game.

I need (well, would like) someone to join with me, I need help with music, and tile graphics. well, music mainly, but thats not all you'd be doing, I can split it up between us, but If I don't get any help, I'll have to do it alone, which would be a pain in the rectal area. Its going to have a good deal of Plotscripting in it, battles and classes.

Valiant, you're not being clever by posting basically the same message asking for help with your game three times in a row. Apparently no one wants to help you out with maptiles and music, so why not get to work on them yourself?

Actually, I didn't mean to post three times, I'm sorry if it came out like that. I posted the message and nothing happened, so I thought that an error occured. I tried again to see if anything would happen. So, no I'm not trying to be clever. Also, I suck at music and thats why I was asking for help in that area. Well, I guess I'd better go work on it...

I'm not sure if I'll be participating any longer, as Ariana has ceased to function and I've no access to the drafted scripts I wrote (not to mention my story!)...
