no... most of the bonus stuff is about extra scenes and all... though FFV isnt particularly fond of them. Of course, not an item, that'd be quite unuseful, but a secret piece of story on the past of Butz's father (and the 3 other warriors) why not? I'm just saying though... there might be pride in defeating an optional bug, but most of the time, you get something out of it no? Although Omega, as I've heard, even with the guide, is hard to beat...
