If you run out of maps, use two .RPG files. Then you can REALLY make the most of your maps. _________________

The Mad Cacti:

OMG that would be awsome! It is a great idea indeed!! Do you know how to take a screen in the editor so i can rip the pallete, or at least somewhere i can download the pallete in a format photoshop can read? It would be awesome if i could do that. ^o^

Whoa. Please tell me how to do this too. Being able to use 2 rpg files in order to eliminate map restrictions would be very awesome. I can see where linking 2 rpg files could have other benefits besides extra maps too.. it would just be a neat thing to be able to do!
XD
Btw on the tileset changing with plotscripting,
That paticular area with the forest is already using 2 blocksets and 3 maps, each one full to the brim. Its just happens to be that theres no easy way to flip blocksets to add an extra layer of trees. The lop left screen of the first set and the top left and bottom right screen of the second set are all part of the same 3 map area. I appreciate the advice though everyone! If i run into a block shortage in the future, i can plan ahead using this meathod you all have shown me. ^^ |

For the palette issue, find 2mas.
For the splitting the game issue, find it in the article section on CP. |
