Did you use a noise filter on your tiles? It makes the grass, trees, and dirt look really awesome, but it makes your man-made tiles (buildings, pottery, etc) look like over compressed JPEGs.

..intentionally.it's part of the design.well,yeah;i'd rather have man-made tiles that look like over-compressed jpegs than have them looking like shiny plastic/metal

Well guys, the contest is over, whoever didn't submit anything, too bad.
Adrianx, those are some sweet graphics, I will be sure to play that game when you finish it. Too bad you couldn't make it for the contest, you would have won hands down.
