Okay, I've been trying forever now, but I can't do it. Whenever I use the original drive it doesn't work, but for some reason it doesn't seem like it can find the one in drive d:\ because it says "illegal operation" whenever I try anything (I also tried drive b:\, same problem), and when I try to mount the original directory again it says it's already mounted... Thanks for bearing with me here, I was really hoping I could figure it out and not have to post again.

make a file named hspeak.bat and save it in the same folder where your script file and Hspeak.exe are located. It should contain:
Code:
hspeak -y myscript.hss
pause

Then drag this batch file and drop it on DosBox. I think that will do what you want.

Ah, CP's finally back up. Anyways, I tried what you said, and whaddaya know, still having problems. I made a text document and copy+pasted what you put in your message (or was I supposed to put it somewhere else?), and then renamed it to "hspeak.bat." When I put it into DosBox, I get a bunch of illegal command crud, and usually at the end, for some reason, either "H" or "P" are typed in after Z:\. If it helps, this is the message I get when I open the .bat file by itself (note the directory, obviously, is my OHR directory, and Bomberx4.hss is my hss):

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\My Stuff\OHRRPGCE>{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg125
2\deff0\deflang1033{\fonttbl{\f0\fswiss\fcharset0 Arial;}}
The system cannot find the path specified.

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\My Stuff\OHRRPGCE>{\*\generator Msftedit
5.41.15.1503;}\viewkind4\uc1\pard\f0\fs20 hspeak -y Bomberx4.hss\par
The system cannot find the path specified.

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\My Stuff\OHRRPGCE>pause\par
Press any key to continue . . .

And when I continue, it just closes.

Your batch file seems to be in Rich Text Format, not a text file.

Ah, I see. I probably look like an idiot now. Oookay... I grew up with OHR, but not with MS-DOS or DosBox.
