| I think that it would be far better to have it pause while you find what attack you are gonna use. If anyone figured out a way for this to work then it would, in my opinion, vastly improve most rpgs. |

Isn't there an option in "Game bitsets" that does this very thing? I've never used it, but I think it's called "Turn-based". Doesn't that mean it's sort of like chess, where one gets to decide their move before the enemy can decide their's? Maybe I was mislead on this as a young child like everything else. _________________ Planning Project Blood Summons, an MMORPG which will incinerate all of the others with it's sheer brilliance...

If there is then I'm yet to discover it.
Another idea I had was that you could choose what attack you use while the ready meter is loading, then when it's full your hero uses that attack. |

I personally prefer a turn based battles over ATB. RPGs are thinking games, and are supposed to be thought provoking. I don't want to have to suddenly start twitching through simple menus because some idiot thought that RPGs are like Vectorman.
btw, I think that the thing that makes you attack a diferent enemy if the one that was targeted was killed. THere could be an option to use some other attack instead or something (ex: defend) _________________ "Everyone has 200,000 bad drawings in them, the sooner you get them out the better."

Kind of have a 'ready line' like the one in KotOR; that would be useful. _________________
