I find it really hard to believe that anyone does not have enough time in the next month and a half to put out a single game, but that's your choice.

By the way, I plan on putting in some bonus rules when the contest officially starts, but they won't invalidate any entries and the basic premise will remain the same. Stay tuned.

I think a good strategy is going to be to release as many games as possible, and hope to get a lot of one's. Also guys, look back at some of the more fondly remembered games. Most of them only last like an hour and half tops. A game (especially an amateur game) doesn't have to be 60 hours to be good!

I feel stupid saying this with all this enthusiasm and such flying about, but I'm un-volunteering to be a judge. I really want to stay off the computer more and focus on my real-world life and this would just be another time-eater. However, this idea still has my full support and I'd love to participate/judge some other month.

Too much else going on for me. I just finished the Ludum Dare 48-hour competition (well, more half-finished, really), and have the Retro Remakes competition coming up in June, before which I should probably try to finish the feature I am adding to OHR. Also, I started a new job a couple of weeks ago.

What are the rules regarding graphics and music?

I plan on releasing about eight games if I can rip.

I'm not sure where I made myself unclear: any RPG file is eligible. I'm leaving it to the judges' discretion to award points for entries.
