1. Is it possible to make a tag turn on when you have a certain amount of money?
2. How do I make a tag turn on when I get one of an Item, say candy, but when I get another the tag stays on?

1. Don't use tags for this. Just run a script when you need to know how much money the player has. Use 'party money'.
2. Under "Edit Items", you can set a "in inventory" tag for candy that goes on if the player has that item in his inventory. It'll stay on even if the player gets several of that item, and it goes off if the player sells or uses up all of that specific item. |

3. Tags which are attached to an item (eg. "is in inventory"), hero, or so on are special in a way. They are always updated automatically when your inventory, party, etc. change. So once you no longer have any of the item, the "in inventory" tag will turn off. (It's possible to set such tags manually with a textbox or a script, but doing so is a very bad idea because your changes will disappear in a random fashion, as you never know when the engine is going to force an update.) _________________ "It is so great it is insanely great." |
