Nothing at the moment, though I would like to make a game based on my fan characters. X3

Overall, probably a bad idea, but it sounds like fun to me and could help me get back into the OHR.

Okay, I'm new. First off, hello everybody.

I've used OHRRPGCE in the past, but just to play games. Recently, I've been starting to work on a game that's a cartoon-y style one. The main character is a robot.

I'm not sure if this is the right area for this, but... I'm expecting I'm gonna need help. As my first real game, I totally guarantee it. Who/where can I go for help? Thanks.

Thanks, Moogle. Raspberry!

Okay, seriously, I'm working on four games simultaneously, and having trouble getting anywhere. Is this usual? Thanks.

Usually, that only happens after a year or so.

What's usual around a year? Getting backed-up ideas or finishing the backed-up ideas? I'm confused.

Already.

...

I seriously need more sleep.

Accruing four unfinished games. Normally it takes a few months to start on a new one.

So... that's good, right?

Either that, or it's means I'm making four incredibly crappy games. Big grin

n00b says hello.

I'm currently messing about with a worthless practice-project to learn the ins and outs of the engine and plotscripting, to get ready for my first game which I'll either start at the beginning of the summer or when I simply can't wait any longer. >.<

The idea for the game is a Fantasy open-world RPG of some description, with the main character's actions having a large amount of effect on the world- think something like the endings of the original Fallouts, but with many of these effects seen in-game. Is it possible? More than likely not. =\

I would be working on my first OHR game currently if I didn't have to make the graphics myself.

I would've hired someone to make the graphics if I wouldn't haven't developed a hatred for hiring other people to make game when I hired people to make one game but they did nothing and that gave me a burnout.

Well that sucks. Give graphics a shot though, can't hurt to try.

Anyway, I'm still working on Yo Ghost, and I've actually got a plot that makes sense!(I know I can't believe it either) I rewrote the intro, I also drew new Yo Ghost battle sprites from scratch(they have weapons now!) . Oy Tshog Forest has been renamed to the Quan Forest (Fixed the trees!). Unur has been renamed Aljam, and has majior graphical improvments. The water nolonger sparkles, it flows. You also meet some very interestiong Yo Ghost.

In the future I have two games Iv'e been considering making:(now remember, I'm just in the fantasy story design stage, at least thats what I call it.)

In the first game you play as David. You will live out his life from herding sheep to encoutering God and slaying Goliath(I think thats spelled right, oh well)The game won't be as simple as some of you may think.

The other is a game where you play the new guy at school. (This a vauge idea though)It would be very interactible, such as if you smart off to some guy he won't like you and that will affect gameplay, also his main friends will back him up aginst you. That's just a small example. The main goal is to ultamatly seize social controll of the school and socialy destroy anyone who gets in your way, wich cane be done in a variety of ways. Sadly such a game is far beyond my capabilities.

Well I started working on a game and, well the graphics aren't very cool but gameplay and story matters more. You're a some high school student named Tobias and no, you're not going to save world from evil ugly fat mage that has no motives for god's sake.

You mainly fight against annyoing teachers, skip stupid pointless pep rallies, survive food fights and.. anything crazy that can occur in an average high school.

I agree, graphics don't make the game. As long as everyone knows what it is it's perfectly fine. Good luck by the way.
