OK, so I'v got this great idea: a game without a point except to explore this gigantic world that eventualy loops back to the starting town (like, I'd have to draw the world's map on a weather baloon). The idea is that theres this whole wide world out there, and you want to see it. It's an in-depth, detailed world like Middle Earth, with a diverse set of cultures and spicies as in Eldrich City (The Order of Odd-Fish by James Kennedy). I need artists to make (hand draw, prefferably) the maps. I will cut them into tiles myself. Feel free to sign your work! Also, someone good at fantasy spritework would be nice to have helping me. The sprites should be 2 guys and 2 girls for the heros, and any number of enemies and npc of varrying genders (male, female, neutral, other, and "gender: yes")  . Spriters and artist will all be credited! This is vollunteer-only! I may also need someone to make sure I spell everything right.

I think you may have a hard time persuading others to make graphics for your game. It sounds like Vikings of Midgard might contain the sort of graphics you want, and they're free to use.

Well, I was thinking, "What about hermaphrodites?" They would add a whole new dimension to the game! Also, I was trying to figure out how a hermaphrodite would answer questions like that on a survey or something. They are so discriminated against! |
