I played Blood's "Epic Game" and was pretty joyed by the fact that sound effects worked withgout a hitch.

Now my question is. If we can have sound effects of all kinds and whatnot why can't we have enemy's have an attack graphic? Not anything really fancy I mean, anything besides the enemy graphic scrolling up to the hero and showing the attack graphic.
What would be ideal is a walking graphic and an attack graphic. What would be way more than enough (although awsome) would be optional frames for everything, casting,walking,attacking,weak.

This has been suggested before, but that was pre-hastalaqb days. It wasn't doable back then because of memory limitations and was pretty much lumped with battle plotscripts as 'don't bother wishing for it because it will never happen'. I'd be minorly interested in the current official possition.

The answer is: no reason.

We plan to write a plan. See 'Source#Development Plans' Once the plan is written, there'll be no guarantee when/if we'll add it, but we would definitely like to.

It would be nice if heroes got more/an arbitrary number of frames too, which could be attached to attacks, events, and a customisable victory animation.
