The CP Security Ranger is not being very good about doing something about the threats of destruction I'm seeing. In that case, I think I will go and kidnap a community member and kill them.

You assume wrongly! He is kidnapped, but not yet dead! He will be a slave until the OHR is complete, then I will send him off to SPAM heaven!
And why should I relieve the community of a NEWBIE?!?!  Let them have you! The fact I kidnapped the most important member of the community with such ease shows our CP Ranger isn't doing his job very well at all!

This is horrible. Now Twinhamster and Newbie Power are dead, and James Paige is my programming slave. Before the CP Security Ranger came by, none of this would ever have been a possibility. He's causing more problems than fixing!
