In reasponse to the talk about a reasource database and my (maybe others) wish for a bi weekly OHR mag I came up with an idea.
What about artist submitting backrounds and things they don't mind being used for games? Itd be a way to show off work and steadily build a database of graphics.
While the bread and butter would be pixel art showcases there could also be news & (mini) reviews on games.
I mean counting on people to write articles is iffy but the art thread seems be rock steady in pumping out concept art etc. It'd be sweet if I could get some CP webspace for this but I could just host it on the sight I was working on anyway.
What say you men!? (and ladies) _________________ Indy OHR! and National OHR Month Contest going on now!

Sounds cool. I'd always be willing to write articles, not that anyone would care to read things Valigarmander wrote, but okay. |

Bi-weekly is an insane amount. Historically, this community hasn't been able to produce enough content to sustain a monthly 'zine. Maybe you could make it quarterly... |

I think even quarterly is pushing it. There's not much difference between waiting 2 months and waiting 3 months between issues. _________________ LJ.Art
