I know of two options so far:
OHR Infinity at ohri.rpgcreations.com
and
Operation: OHR at http://oohr.cp-games.org
I'd put cp-games.org other forum...but I'd assume the OHR based one would be Operation: OHR.

And don't forget http://ohr.finalfantasyq.com/ for developers, as well.
If I give somebody FTP access to my home computer, could somebody upload all the games? I can mirror all of the games that are available, and game developers could send me an email with an attached game when they wanted to update.
My server is down right now (in case anybody's noticed), but I'll try and get it fixed when I get back in town Sunday.
It's been a great time here, in case everything just... resets... but I'm still here, and definately a part of the community.
