MS Paint is not good. MS Paint sucks. Even though it can use an insane crapload of colors, it only gives you a palette of 16 colors. The OHR itself, a very low-power program, gives you a full 256 color palette. Also, Paint has a complete absence of any filters, layers, or any tools that you can actually use. It also just looks bad. Get the GIMP, or Pixia, or Painst Shop Pro. You will realize what you have been missing.
As for your actual question, what do you mean by "the title creen looks like a giant bubble?" Please elaborate and explain.

I use PhotoImpact, because you can fake something good with NO artistic ability whatsoever.

Well I'm saying that they seem like this one bubble with dark shades at the sides then come in a circular way into the middle, it's just an eyesore, cause it's like this rush of colour into a tiny focal point of the middle.... When you use MSpaint, it's to dull to make it look like a bubble. But me 2 poor for any better programs, and MSpaint + idraw suits me fine.

Uh.. does every game's title screen do that?
I've never noticed.

MSPaint is the devil and I hate it/use it.

All my title screens used MSpaint. If nothing ELSE can be said for it, it's FREE.

And that's not saying much.

That may be because of the color shades in the title screen pic. Some times, like on the Rift title screen (good game with good potential, BTW) when you press the key, you can see the darker shades from the lightning fade out first.

Why not use PaintShopPro3? Free trial that never runs out. gotta love it Ha ha ha!
How is one meant to draw a title screen!?! I can draw in really low res pretty well(like on maptiles etc) but on anything large like a title screen i cant draw for jack sh*t.
Also, is there a grafx prog for window$ that lets u draw with the keyboard? I so cant use the mouse Raspberry!

The Gimp is free. And it is so cool that it gives me siezures. *GimpGimpGimpGimpGimp*

Maybe the reason nobody tries it is because the main page, http://gimp.org/ focuses on the GNU/Linux version... and because the main page for the Windows version http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32// is confusing and ugly... but if you go to http://www2.arnes.si/~sopjsimo/gimp/ you can get it in an friendly installer.

I use paint, but sometimes I transfer the picture into Photo Editor to add effects to the picture like stained glass.
