I have found that if you want attacks to ever miss in your game, you're better off making all attacks have 'poor' aim (Aim*2 vs Dodge) in the attack editor. Your calculation to find the ranges is fine ...

True... and I was aware that command existed... but I decided to cut a few corners, especially when using commands I wasn't familiar with. At the time, it was a lot easier to use NPC ...

Well, I've checked PoD in custom, and it seems that it is supposed to have music. Also, when I play my own game using the WIP version, its music doesn't play either... Dead

Yes, the storyline was full of random (not terribly clever) absurdity... but my personal favorite part is the stupid end boss fight against the hap ...
