In this game, the player takes the role of Periot, a strong but cowardly knight who has a strong desire to live his life without war. When Periot is tricked and forced into a group mission he was against doing, Periot decides to deserts his team. Now he must make his way home, which is a far travel from where he currently is. Will Periot be able to make his way home unharmed? Is the group on the mission doomed without Periot's assistance? How will Periot's hometown react when they find out what Periot has done?
